The subject of this agreement is the order of products by the Customer, the supply of products ordered by the customer from Wunder Durian, and the subsequent delivery of the products to the Customer.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, once an order has been made, no cancellation is allowed. Cancellation might result in 100% of the order being charged.
Changes to any order should be made 48 Hours prior to delivery, and is subject to the discretion of Wunder Durian.
Customer may request for any goods to be substituted, at Wunder Durian’s discretion. Wunder Durian may also substitute your order to ensure that your order reaches you on time and in good condition. While not customarily practiced, due to extreme circumstances of i.e. fruit damage during delivery, we will substitute an element of similar or greater value. Subject to the above, items sold are not exchangeable nor refundable.
The Customer may select the self-collection option if wish to collect from our Store, Wunder Durian at 435 Clementi Rd, #01-00, Singapore 599873
We reserve the right to vary or amend these Terms at any time, and which changes shall be reflects here in this website, or if we notify you of the change to these Terms before delivery (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change if you accept delivery, unless you notify us to the contrary before receipt of the goods).
