In 2017, he acquired over 500 acres of elevated land in Titikong, Negeri Sembilan — a lesser-known but highly respected highland region among durian connoisseurs. With fertile soil, cool air and a deep orchard heritage, Titikong produces durians rich in flavour, aroma, and natural creaminess.
