Wunder Durian – Return & Refund Policy

At Wunder Durian, we take great pride in delivering durians of exceptional quality—fresh from our highland plantation to your hands. As durians are a fresh, highly perishable fruit, we handle every order with strict care. If your experience falls short of expectations, we are committed to making it right.

Quality Guarantee

All durians are inspected before packing. If you receive a fruit that is:

  • Spoiled or rotten,
  • Incorrect in variety,
  • Significantly under-ripe or over-ripe, or
  • Damaged during delivery,

please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue promptly, kindly provide:

  • Photos or videos of the durian (including the husk and flesh),
  • Your order number, and
  • A brief description of the issue.

If the claim is valid, we will offer either:

  • Replacement durian fruits,
  • A refund to your original payment method, or
  • Store credit, depending on the situation and your preference.

Due to the nature of fresh durians, we cannot accept returns once the fruit has been consumed beyond normal tasting.

We are also unable to refund:

  • Personal taste preferences (bitterness, sweetness levels vary naturally),
  • Orders left unattended for long periods after delivery, or
  • Issues reported beyond the stated timeframe.

If there is a mistake in your order or a delivery failure caused by us or our logistics partner, we will fully rectify the situation at no extra charge.

We believe in transparency and honesty. As growers and sellers of our own durians, every fruit represents our craft and care. Should something not meet our standards—or yours—we will do our best to resolve it fairly.

Wunder Durian – Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Wunder Durian, we handle every order with care to ensure your fruit arrives fresh, fragrant, and in perfect condition. As durians are highly perishable, our delivery process is designed to be fast, temperature-controlled, and reliable.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across:

  • Singapore (islandwide)
  • Selected locations for bulk or corporate orders (please contact us to arrange)

To maintain freshness, durians are packed and dispatched on the same day they are opened.

Typical delivery windows:

  • Same-day delivery: Orders placed before 9 PM
  • Next-day delivery: Orders placed after cut-off time
  • Pre-order deliveries: Sent out on the selected date during checkout

Delivery fees vary by distance and order size.

  • Standard delivery: SGD 20
  • Free delivery for orders above SGD 200

To ensure optimal quality, customers are encouraged to receive their durians personally.

If no one is available:

  • The driver will attempt to contact you
  • If left at a designated drop-off point upon your request, Wunder Durian will not be responsible for temperature changes, spoilage, or tampering

If the address provided is incomplete or incorrect, or if delivery cannot be completed:

  • Additional re-delivery fees may apply
  • Orders may not be eligible for refund due to the perishable nature of durians

During durian peak season or festive periods, delivery times may vary. We will provide updates in advance whenever possible.
